This role requires an individual to inspect small, delicate, and implantable medical components. The candidate will utilize a microscope to check for foreign materials or blemishes and will use small pin and thread gauges to ensure the parts meet blueprint specifications and tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Inspect medical components using a microscope.
- Check for foreign materials or blemishes on components.
- Utilize small pin and thread gauges to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications and tolerances.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in medical component inspection.
- 1+ year of experience inspecting with a microscope, pin or thread gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
- 1+ year of experience reading blueprints and documenting findings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality inspection and visual inspection techniques.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Work Environment
The position is located in a very clean and organized medical manufacturing facility equipped with modern conference and break rooms. The role is primarily in a clean or cleanroom environment, involving sitting for most of the time and using a microscope for 50-100% of the day. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. Positions may initially last 1-2 months, with potential for extension or full-time employment based on workload and performance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
