Job DescriptionTRC Talent is working alongside a global logistics firm that seeks a full time Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This is an onsite role in Dunwoody that has a hybrid work schedule. Candidate must have 3 yrs+ related experience, ability to manage a small team of AR coordinators, experience in a professional corporate setting and willingness to manage a large book of AR business. Role Overview
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor monitors accounts receivables, ensuring compliance with the company's financial procedures while minimizing risk. This role supports the Manager in strategic planning, provides guidance to staff, and resolves complex customer issues. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Accounts Receivable team (hiring, reviews, coaching, etc.)
Oversee collections and manage key customer accounts to minimize bad debt exposure
Prepare weekly performance reports for Management
Ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds
Monitor workload and ensure efficient processes
Resolve escalated issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
Keep staff updated on processes, procedures, and training
Ensure consistent adherence to company policies Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in accounting)
Ability to manage a team of AR coordinators
Ability to manage a book of collections business
Strong knowledge of accounting practices and financial analysis
Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
