\n\nJob Description\n
Join our fast-paced, high-volume ER, where you will be responsible for managing and interpreting dysrhythmias, providing care for various complex diagnoses, and administering emergency medications. This role requires a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse committed to providing exceptional patient care during night shifts.
\n\nResponsibilities\n
- \n
- Assessment and management of acute patient conditions.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary support, including respiratory services and pharmacy.
- Administration of medications and blood products as necessary.
- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) and electrocardiograms.
- Care for ventilated patients and those with multisystem organ dysfunction.
- Perform triage and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Documentation of all patient care activities as per standards.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of ER RN experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
- Active MD state RN license or Compact License.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
