Job DescriptionSalary:
Labelink is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative for our Virginia facility. This role Create a valuable link between customer and the company in understanding their needs and fulfilling same by responding quickly and accurately in a professional manner. The customer service team co-ordinates orders from data entry to following-through to scheduling, pre-press and shipping.

Shift Details:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
What Youll Do:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and if necessary, transfers to appropriate personnel.
- Receive questions and concerns from external and internal customers and provide responses and solutions.
- Respond to sales representative(s) on matters concerning products, orders, and general inquiries.
- Provide sales representatives on updated customer related information and issues.
- Meets with the Plant Manager on a regular basis to plan and schedule orders and to discuss potential issues that may delay on-time delivery to customers.
- Enter orders accurately into Labeltraxx.
- Review customer purchase orders and cross references with the estimate to ensure pricing and components are correct.
- Follows up with Planner/Buyer to ensure material and components are available on time to meet on-time delivery to the customer.
- Review open backorders on a weekly basis to ensure all orders are in the production process.
- Perform order tracking to ensure on-time delivery to customers and to proactively resolve potential concerns before they emerge into problems that could delay shipments.
- Initiate customers request for certificate of conformance (C of C) and notifies all applicable personnel by adding a note to the customer profile in Label Traxx.
- Search for inventory/finished goods availability in the warehouse system.
- Initiates meetings with all concerning personnel when necessary.
- Comply with standard operating procedures for customer Services.
- Perform any other operations-related work assignments as requested by the manager.
- Shipping duties - Booking trucks for deliveries to customers and shipments of supplies to the site and use of FEDEX and UPS carriers.
- Other duties as assigned.
