Position Summary:
Provide telephone support for BHSI Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone support to the BHSI Program, including screening calls for multiple lines to be distributed to the appropriate liaison.
- Revise Telephone Extension when needed.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Distribute/forward faxes to staff members via copler/email system.
- Process Office Supply order every other week or when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
(E) Excellent verbal skills, (E) Type 50 wpm.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year receptionist experience. Good Telephone presence.
Essential Functions:
Sitting for various hours.
