The Role of Marketing Assistant is to emotionally connect with guests in our community by telling the Chick-fil-A story of service and hospitality. You will work alongside the Marketing Director to activate our marketing plan and initiatives. You will help analyze marketing data, execute promotions, plan events and create a welcoming experience for all. You will gain valuable experience in a real-life marketing role and will learn how to set, manage and track goals. This position will be the Marketing Assistant for Chick-fil-A Huebner & Babcock and Chick-fil-A Loop 410 & Evers.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a University, seeking a degree in Business Marketing or recently graduated with a Marketing degree.
• Available most days Monday-Saturday, with some Saturdays as a requirement for events. This is a part-time position (20-25 hrs/wk) and we will work around your school schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Reliable means of transportation to the restaurant. This position is not remote and requires your presence in the restaurant.
• High level of professionalism and representation of the brand.
• Excellent communication skills.
Salary:
$17-18/hr, based on experience and current level of understanding.

What you’ll do:
• Activate marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Plan and execute events.
• Maintain review pages (Google, Yelp, etc.)
• Manage social media pages & build followers.
• Engage team members in marketing goals.
• Connect with guests to build an understanding of expectations for community engagement.
• Ensure our brand strategies align with our local marketing and our guidelines are set in place.
