Job Title: Claims Examiner
Location: New Haven CT USA 06511-5941
Duration: 03 months (Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: $35 - $37/hr on W2

- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently
- Experience supporting adjusters with daily case coordination and follow-ups
- Proficient in documentation, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Experience communicating with vendors, medical providers, and attorneys
- Solid background in insurance (Auto, Property & Casualty, Disability, or Workers’ Compensation – including lost time claims)
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams for daily operations and reporting
