RN Manager – Mother Baby
Location: Savannah, GA
Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
Relocation & Sign-On: Case by Case

We are seeking an experienced RN Manager – Mother Baby to lead a 22-bed postpartum unit in a busy acute care hospital. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staffing, quality initiatives, and supporting a tenured nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee unit operations and staff supervision (RNs, CNAs, Unit Secretaries)
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety goals
• Collaborate with Women’s Services leadership
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN License (Compact accepted)
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
• BLS & ACLS required; NRP (or obtain after hire)
• 3+ years recent Mother/Baby or Postpartum acute care experience
• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience
  

Strong postpartum leadership experience is essential.
