Job Description, Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Commercial Real Estate Managing Director with marketing and administrative tasks, as needed.
Assist with Commercial Real Estate Transactions.
Lead marketing initiatives for the firm through electronic print and design output including basic photography and content creation.
Assist each department lead with all marketing objectives by working with vendors and contractors.
Provide administrative support and coordination for the Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management teams.
Assist the Real Estate Brokerage team with internal and client communications.
Assist the Managing Director in preparing reports, listing materials and real estate forms
Coordinate weekly advisor meetings and agendas
Marketing email blasts weekly and/or as needed by brokerage advisors
Maintaining and updating client databases
Manage Firm Listing Inventory
Implement Social Media Campaigns
Monitor CRM and Transaction Pipeline Activities
Assist with the Firms Internship Program
Skills and Requirements:
Strong ability to multi-task with a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and human relations skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Customer focused/centered approach.
Ability to exchange ideas, information and opinions with team members to formulate policies, procedures and programs to achieve joint decisions/solutions.
Ability to establish a cooperative working atmosphere amongst team members.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in tense and pressure situations.
Previous marketing, sales and negotiation experience is helpful.
Preferred to have experience in Adobe, Canva and Photoshop.
