Solar Supply LLC, a leading HVAC Wholesale distributor with 65 locations across the South, is looking to hire a branch manager to lead a location in Monticello, Arkansas.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Previous HVAC supply house experience is preferred, but not necessary with a previous strong background history in sales management.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
* All daily tasks necessary in order to run an HVAC supply house
* Opening and closing the branch on time
* Training branch employees in new industry standards and making sure the branch is operated in an efficient and profitable manner
* Maintaining daily communication with both corporate office employees and regional/territory managers
* Developing sales strategies to both maintain our current customer base, but also to seek out and grow new business
* Develop strategies and policies that create a strong inventory management program and minimize losses

Job requirements :
* Must have a clean MVR report and criminal background
* Some computer knowledge and skills
* Previous management and sales experience, with a emphasis on customer service. Must be a people person, with a good personality.

Salary range is between $48,000 and $55,000 depending on previous experiences in management and HVAC.
