Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult-Gerontology) — Correctional Primary Care (Women’s Facility)

Payrate: $65-$70 an hr

Job Type: Temporary (W2) | ~13 weeks (possible extension) | 40 hrs/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays). 4x10s or 5x8s with some flexibility based on facility operations.
Start: ASAP after clearance/onboarding (system start date: June 1, 2026)

Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site primary care for the female population at a correctional facility in Dayton, OH. This is a full-time weekday contract assignment (approx. 3 months) with potential extension based on need and fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site primary care services in a structured correctional healthcare setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat common acute and chronic conditions
• Document visits thoroughly and collaborate with facility/clinical teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with facility security procedures and clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license (must be eligible to work in Ohio)
• Board Certification (FNP or Adult-Gerontology NP)
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care and/or hospital medicine
• BLS/CPR (healthcare-professional level)
• DEA registration (required for the assignment)

Credentialing / Submission Requirements (must be included to be considered)

To be submitted, candidates must provide:

• Comprehensive resume including education (school/location + graduation year), training, and complete work history
• Copy of Ohio license and board certification
• BLS/CPR (healthcare-professional level)
• DEA documentation
• If born outside the U.S.: U.S. Passport or Naturalization card

If selected: TB (within 30 days) and drug screen documents are required; screenings must be initiated within 48 hours of accepting an offer (timelines may impact start date).
