The Role
As a Residential Service Technician, you’ll work directly with homeowners to diagnose, repair, and install systems within your trade—delivering top-quality workmanship and five-star customer service every time.
You’ll join a professional, technician-first environment where your skills, communication, and care for customers make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or drains)

Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades—including panels, wiring, water heaters, filtration systems, and HVAC units

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers—explain findings, present options, and ensure satisfaction

Maintain strict safety and code compliance (OSHA, NEC, IPC, IMC, local codes)
-
Collaborate with dispatch, management, and teammates for smooth service delivery

Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and workspace to a professional standard

Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training
QualificationsRequired
-
Active state trade license
(Journeyman/Master Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, or equivalent) -
2+ years of residential service experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or attics
-
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Preferred

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Leadership or mentoring experience

Familiarity with dispatch systems or digital service platforms
