We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events from conception through to completion. This role demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize events including meetings, conferences, and social functions from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure resources and services.
  • Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored event solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
