Construction Trades Staffing is pleased to partner with a leading commercial and industrial contractor in Western New York, which is seeking to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead daily on-site operations for commercial and industrial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, in-house trades, and material deliveries to maintain the schedule
Enforce site-specific safety plans and conduct daily safety briefings
Monitor work quality, manage punch lists, and ensure compliance with plans and specs
Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues
Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, and project documentation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Superintendent in commercial/industrial construction
Strong blueprint reading and field coordination skills
OSHA 30-Hour Certification
Proven leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software (preferred)
