Shift: Mon-Thurs 7a-5p Modality: Audiologist
Required: Education Graduate (e.g., master or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).
Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and executes on treatment plan as outlined by plan of care.
Responsible for all segments of the treatment of those who are hearing impaired or those with hearing loss.
Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers and self-professional advancement.
Performs other professional duties associated with the care of patients with hearing impairment and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams. BLS IL lic
