Responsibilities:
• Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to loan products and services, providing clear and helpful information.
• Monitor loan accounts to ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely loan processing.
• Review financial documents and verify data to support loan approval decisions.
• Maintain detailed records of loan transactions and update systems as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet client needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teller, cash handling or related roles.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in managing cash drawers and daily cash operations.
• Familiarity with the banking industry and financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of supervisory principles is a plus.
