Job DescriptionOur client in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with QuickBooks and be comfortable managing core functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and basic General Ledger activity. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a steady workflow, consistency, and contributing to a small, collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end tasks, including posting entries and basic GL reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, apply customer payments, and monitor aging reports
- Support vendor management, statement review, and discrepancy resolution
- Assist with filing, organization, and administrative accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of previous accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable handling AP, AR, and basic general ledger responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with consistent, accurate data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team
Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
