Job Description:
Own and manage all receiving, shipping, and tracking activities for materials within the U.S. tariff-avoidance scope at the R&D site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all receiving and shipping activities related to tariff-avoidance materials at the R&D site.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of material data in the OneLab database.
- Generate, validate, and share both routine and ad hoc reports from OneLab (e.g., material status, location, ownership, and other key details) with stakeholders.
- Handle receipt of materials designated for scrap and outbound shipments, ensuring proper identification and segregation.
- Prepare and review all shipping and customs documentation in compliance with Nokia and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including R&D material owners, Supply Chain, customs brokers, shipping carriers, and vendors, to support inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation, records, and process details for materials within the tariff-avoidance scope.
- Coordinate and oversee receiving, shipping, and material handling activities carried out by Lab Operations and the Engineering Support team, ensuring adherence to established processes and service standards.
