About the Role
Demonstrates a conceptual understanding of the procurement of records for insurance purposes. Applies this understanding in the performance of routine and recurring assignments such as reviewing, compiling, acquiring, organizing, and maintaining records. Position requires occasional holiday availability.
Responsibilities include:
-Processing incoming responses from police agencies.
-Researching and reviews request and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases.
-Fulfilling, editing, and modifying request for police records to ensure compliance with company standards.
-Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability to meet and exceed established departmental goals.
-Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
-Requiring some sedentary and physical labor.
This team serve as a third-party intermediary between insurance adjusters and law enforcement agencies, facilitating the processing of police report requests related to auto accidents on behalf of our insurance clients. Our work plays a vital role in supporting the claims process by ensuring adjusters receive the necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner. By managing this aspect of the claim’s workflow, we help enhance operational efficiency and contribute to a better customer experience. We partner with a broad range of insurance companies, including State Farm, Nationwide, USAA, Travelers, Progressive, and others, playing a key role in streamlining their claims operations.
- Internally, our work drives revenue, strengthens client relationships, and supports the company's reputation for reliability and responsiveness.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Nice to Have:
Experience in Insurance Claims, Call Center and /or police departments is a plus.
Must be available to work on weekends. This is a 40 hour work week, and 16 of those hours will be on the weekends.
Must be available on some holidays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
