What You'll Do:

  • Administrative Support: Assist in overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across multiple locations.
  • Staff Coordination: Collaborate with dental and administrative staff to facilitate seamless patient experiences.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration or office management preferred.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
