What You'll Do:
- Administrative Support: Assist in overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across multiple locations.
- Staff Coordination: Collaborate with dental and administrative staff to facilitate seamless patient experiences.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration or office management preferred.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
