Base salary is $23.00-24.00 hourly, based on experience. Monthly and Yearly Bonuses available and there are many commission opportunities that the agency will provide.

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide outstanding support to policyholders by addressing inquiries and assisting with their insurance needs.
- Policy Management: Help clients navigate their insurance policies and explain coverage terms clearly.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates within the system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required - will help with Licensing for the right fit.
- Must have Previous customer service experience in an office setting, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on empathy and clarity.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and act in the best interest of clients.
- Dependability: A reliable work ethic with a commitment to showing up and being present for team success.
