Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Part-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA Area

Overview

A school district near Wilkes-Barre is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team. This role provides a supportive, well-organized setting where youll deliver research-backed speech and language services to help students thrive academically and socially.

Schedule & Caseload

• Days: Tuesday through Thursday

• Hours: 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

• Student Range: Kindergarten through 12th grade

• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer detailed speech and language assessments following district and state policies

• Design, implement, and track progress on individualized IEPs

• Deliver therapy sessions in one-on-one, small group, and classroom environments based on student goals

• Keep accurate, timely records in line with regulatory requirements

• Partner with educators, therapists, and school leadership to promote holistic student support

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
