Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: Full Time Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of accounting experience with team leadership
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
