The Role:
The Food Runner will be responsible for assisting both the kitchen needs and the servers in providing quality service to all guests. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that has morning availability.
- Quickly and accurately deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables and announce dishes to guests.
- Confirm that all special requests and orders are correct before they are taken to the table.
- Follow the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety standards during food handling and service.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 1-year experience
- Passion for food and beverage operations
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all tines
- Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartiano's, their programming, and peak times
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
