We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join a non-profit organization in Indianapolis, Indiana. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting families and enhancing program collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others thrive in a supportive environment. ***Must be fluent in Spanish***
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate family engagement activities to create positive environments that support child development.
• Assist families in identifying and achieving their self-determined goals and needs.
• Coordinate services and maintain attendance records to ensure program efficiency.
• Foster relationships and collaboration among families and within the program.
• Manage recruitment, eligibility, selection, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting of program activities.
• Respond to inquiries and provide assistance through inbound calls.
• Perform administrative office tasks, including data entry and record management.
• Collaborate with team members to support program enhancements and community outreach.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address family needs and challenges effectively.
• Must speak Spanish fluently!
• Minimum of two years of experience in case management, with a proven track record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Skilled in administrative tasks, including data entry and managing office operations.
• Ability to engage effectively with families and build positive relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for supporting children and families.
