The Director of Occupational Therapy is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Occupational Therapy (OT) program. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising OTs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based occupational therapy services. The Director will also provide direct clinical services, monitor and measure clinical outcomes, and maintain excellence in all aspects of the occupational therapy program. The role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage resources effectively.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current state licensure and certification in OT.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
3 years experience as OT
- Frequent travel to various center locations may be required.
- May involve weekend or evening work depending on operational needs.
