Role Overview
We’re hiring an entry-level sales professional to support business development efforts in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role focuses on outbound sales, account development, and relationship management with business clients. Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer-facing experience, are comfortable using technology, and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective business clients
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and account notes using CRM and internal systems
- Identify client needs and support new account development
- Schedule meetings and support proposal follow-up
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation
- Collaborate internally to support client success
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or business development
- Technically proficient; comfortable working in CRM systems, databases, and digital tools
- Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling, data entry)
- Self-starter with strong time management and follow-through
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
