Compensation: Base Pay + Commission

Role Overview

We’re hiring an entry-level sales professional to support business development efforts in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role focuses on outbound sales, account development, and relationship management with business clients. Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer-facing experience, are comfortable using technology, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective business clients
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and account notes using CRM and internal systems
  • Identify client needs and support new account development
  • Schedule meetings and support proposal follow-up
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation
  • Collaborate internally to support client success

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or business development
  • Technically proficient; comfortable working in CRM systems, databases, and digital tools
  • Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling, data entry)
  • Self-starter with strong time management and follow-through
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
