Larmax Homes is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (Floaters) who are

What Youll Do
Administer medications and assist with treatments per resident care plans
Accurately document medication administration and update resident charts
Observe residents and promptly report any changes to the care team
Coordinate medication deliveries and orders with pharmacies
Support residents with daily living activities and emotional well-being
Participate in wellness and engagement programs with residents
Work collaboratively with CNAs, Med Techs, and supervisors to ensure quality care

What Youll Need
Current CMT license in the state of Virginia
Valid CNA/GNA certification per Virginia regulations
CPR and First Aid certification (must be current)
At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or medication assistance preferred
Experience in Memory Care or Assisted Living a strong plus
