Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in support of two of our portfolio companies, Dickey Manufacturing (https://dickeymfg.northparkgroup.com/) and Spill-Stop (https://spillstop.northparkgroup.com/). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing day-to-day account needs, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
This position will work closely with our operations, production, and sales teams to serve an established customer base while also assisting new customers as inquiries arise. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsive, solutions-oriented service.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
· Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
· Provide customers with order confirmations, shipment updates, and product information.
· Assist customers with returns, replacements, and resolution of issues.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping, sales) to meet customer needs and deadlines.
· Support general office administration as needed.
Requirements
· Prior experience in customer service, inside sales support, or order management preferred.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional, customer-first approach.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn company systems and products.
