Customer Service Representative – HVAC
Doc Dancer Heating & Air | Fort Wayne, IN
Doc Dancer Heating & Air is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice of our company. This role is critical to delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting our technicians and office team.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers regarding HVAC service needs
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for heating and cooling technicians
- Dispatch technicians efficiently and keep customers informed of arrival times
- Assist customers with basic HVAC troubleshooting and service questions
- Handle billing questions, process payments, and explain service costs and memberships
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Communicate clearly with technicians and internal team members
- Identify opportunities to recommend maintenance plans, upgrades, or additional services
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Represent Doc Dancer Heating & Air with a high level of professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- Comfort speaking with customers over the phone
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus (but not required)
- HVAC or home service experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
