We’re seeking a visionary and student-centered Principal to lead academic, administrative, and behavioral operations while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth. This role will partner with staff, families, community stakeholders, and the school board to ensure every student receives high-quality instruction and support that leads to measurable success.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide instructional and operational leadership to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-performing learning environment.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, student performance, and instructional quality using data to drive decision-making.
- Lead student recruitment, enrollment, and family engagement initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff while promoting ongoing professional development and performance excellence.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the school district, Board of Trustees, staff, families, and community partners.
- Monitor and manage program finances, ensuring compliance with AMIkids, district, state, and IRS requirements.
- Develop and support fundraising and resource development initiatives in collaboration with corporate teams.
- Address student discipline, behavioral concerns, and safety issues utilizing state-mandated protocols.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, compliance documentation, and academic records.
- Maintain all required certifications, including CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention training.
- Support special projects and transportation needs when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s in Educational Leadership preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of related educational experience (five years preferred).
- Must hold or be eligible for Educational Leadership or Principal certification.
- Prior experience as a school administrator or instructional supervisor preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse students, families, staff, and community partners.
