Your Role:
As a Travel Advisor, you’ll be the guiding star for our clients, assisting them in planning and booking their dream trips through our four exciting brands: About Australia, About New Zealand, About Papua New Guinea, and About Fiji. You'll tap into your creativity and flair for customer service to design tailor-made itineraries that suit their aspirations, preferences, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft amazing vacation itineraries that leave clients in awe.
- Collaborate directly with clients and travel agents to create travel magic.
- Add special touches to trips that make them unforgettable.
- Promote pre-designed itineraries during our tactical campaign periods like a pro.
- Communicate effectively with inquiries via phone and email, staying organized and on top of things.
- Manage clients and trips using our CRM system like a travel ninja.
- Conduct engaging vacation consultations, transforming inquiries into bookings.
- Prepare quotations and find that perfect flight availability.
- Ensure clients are well-prepped and ready for their adventures.
- Continually learn and grow through product training and certifications.

Requirements:
- US work authorization.
- High School diploma required; a 4-Year College Degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience.
- General knowledge of travel to Australia, New Zealand, and/or Fiji.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong tech skills to navigate multiple systems seamlessly.
- A reliable home office setup, with internet speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload, plus a quiet workspace.
Bonus Points:
- A 4-year college degree, travel industry experience, or experience with Amadeus and CRM systems.
- Experience in building and selling travel itineraries.

- Competitive salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
