School-Based Paraprofessional – Early Childhood (Behavior Focus)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM – 2:50 PM (26 hours/week)
Assignment: ASAP – June 17, 2026
Setting: Preschool (General Ed + Intensive Needs)
Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated paraprofessional with behavioral experience to support a preschool student in a school-based setting. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a passion for working with young learners in special education environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral and academic support using ABA techniques
- Assist student in both general education and intensive needs classrooms
- Support daily routines, transitions, and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
Requirements
- ABA training or behavioral experience
- Experience working in a school setting
- Comfortable with SPED population
- High school diploma
- Reliable transportation
Process & Compliance
- One completed reference required before submission
- Must complete district fingerprinting
- Must pass all onboarding requirements
- Interview conducted via Zoom
