Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Post job openings across multiple platforms and maintain accurate job listings
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles
2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Construction industry recruiting experience is a plus
