The Big Task
Own the board. Maximize the day.
Your mission isnt just to fill the scheduleits to maximize every opportunity. That means thinking strategically, prioritizing high-value calls, and adjusting the board on the fly. A packed schedule isnt a full schedule if it cant flex for a water heater or a sewer backup. You keep your finger on the pulse, never shutting down just because things look busy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maximize daily revenue and service opportunity through smart dispatching
- Prioritize high-value and urgent jobs (e.g., no-hot-water, mainline backups)
- Adjust the board dynamically as new calls come in
- Never shut down the call center just because the day looks full
- Work with the Service Manager to manage tech performance, fatigue, and mix
- Keep customers in the loop with proactive updates and reschedules
- Confirm job readiness (access, pets, permits, parts) before dispatch
- Document all communication and status changes in ServiceTitan
- Make decisions quickly but thoughtfullyeven under pressure
- Stay positive, clear, and direct in communication with both techs and customers
