Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support student development as a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) serving in an elementary school setting in Anoka, MN. This contract position covers a maternity leave from April 20, 2026, to June 5, 2026, with full-time hours Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The caseload includes K-12 students, primarily focused on elementary level support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite occupational therapy services to students in an elementary school environment.
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license.
  • Experience working within school systems, particularly with elementary-aged students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to commute to various school locations as needed within the district.

Location: Anoka, MN
