Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity awaits an Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings, ready to make an impact in a K-12 environment near Lynnwood, WA. This contract position begins April 30, 2026, and extends through June 10, 2026, giving you the chance to meaningfully contribute during a key time of the academic year. The role offers in-person collaboration with students and staff while working at .8 FTE.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Washington OT License required
  • Previous experience working as a school-based Occupational Therapist
  • Comfortable supporting students across K-12 grade levels
  • Skilled at assessing, developing, and implementing therapy plans in educational settings
  • Ability to communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans to support student success
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy interventions into classroom routines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all assigned students
  • Collaborate with families, school teams, and other related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
