- Manage inbound and outbound communication (phone, email, chat)
- Prepare and organize work orders with all required details for scheduling
- Re-engage existing customers to maintain consistent service flow
- Document interactions and updates in CRM and scheduling systems
- Partner with scheduling and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Monitor the schedule pipeline and help identify gaps or opportunities
- Manage shared inboxes and route communications appropriately
- Resolve scheduling issues or customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach
- Clearly communicate services, pricing, and expectations to customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- A team player who takes initiative and follows through
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in service, construction, or dispatch environments is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/scheduling tools (Salesforce, Asana, etc.)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- On-site, office-based role in a team environment
- Primarily desk work with extended periods of computer use
- Frequent communication via phone and email
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
Compensation & Benefits
- $24 – $27/hr DOE
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- Incentive Plan
- 5 Weeks of PTO
