Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with will-call experience? Specialized Recruiting Group seeks a dedicated and motivated Customer Service professional to join our team at a reputable manufacturing company in Industry, CA. This immediate opening is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication and problem-solving skills while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
Salary: $20.00- 24.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the company’s order management system
- Verify order details, including product specifications, pricing, and shipping information
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to confirm order details, provide updates, and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to prevent stockouts and delays
- Prepare and distribute order-related reports to management as required
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the order processing workflow
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Comfortable working with measurements and codes, ensuring accurate and compliant sales processes
- Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and industry standards
- Ensure product and service offerings meet all relevant codes and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all relevant measurements and codes are properly documented
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques
- Consistently follow up with customers on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
Background Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Spanish a plus
- Strong listening skills
- Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience with using CRM/ERP Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have product knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
