Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Variable schedules: required availability for both day and night shifts

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience as an ORT or Scrub Tech
  • Active and unencumbered nursing credentials
  • Ability to work any assigned shift (days and nights are required)
  • Adaptability and teamwork skills for dynamic surgical environments
  • Strong communication and attention to sterile field protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and organize instruments and equipment
  • Assist surgical teams during procedures by anticipating needs
  • Maintain and verify sterility throughout operations
  • Safely transport and position patients as required
  • Support accurate documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff
