Schedule/Hours:
- 8-hour shifts
- Variable schedules: required availability for both day and night shifts
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year’s experience as an ORT or Scrub Tech
- Active and unencumbered nursing credentials
- Ability to work any assigned shift (days and nights are required)
- Adaptability and teamwork skills for dynamic surgical environments
- Strong communication and attention to sterile field protocols
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and organize instruments and equipment
- Assist surgical teams during procedures by anticipating needs
- Maintain and verify sterility throughout operations
- Safely transport and position patients as required
- Support accurate documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff
