Job Description
Position OverviewAs a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling a variety of tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, and preparing products for shipment. This is a physically demanding role where you will be on your feet for 90-95% of your shift in a busy, loud environment with temperature conditions that vary seasonally.
Key Responsibilities

1. Load and unload pallets and individual cases from trailers
2. Build and assemble cardboard boxes
3. Pick cases accurately according to orders using required technology
4. Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of truck trailers
5. Receive and distribute products, assist with weekly inventory counts
6. Sort cardboard by type, strap bundles, and move them using a dolly
7. Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks such as sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and taking out trash
8. Lift and handle objects weighing between 15 and 50 pounds with or without accommodation
9. Process incoming stock and materials; pick, fill, pack, and ship orders
10. Manage carton sorting, clean-outs, and load-outs
11. Support carton inventory control and recycling efforts

Requirements

1. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed
2. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch for extended periods with or without accommodation
3. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
4. Ability to wear required safety equipment such as hairnets, safety glasses, and bump caps for the duration of the shift

Working Conditions

1. Active and physical work requiring long periods of standing and walking
2. Loud warehouse and manufacturing environment
3. Temperature can be hot or cold depending on season and facility conditions
