Position Overview

MOTO-Med is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and client acquisition throughout Southern California. The ideal candidate will cultivate and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare networks that depend on fast, reliable, and compliant medical logistics.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute MOTO-Med’s sales strategy to expand market presence across healthcare facilities.

· Identify and secure new business with hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, tissue banks, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

· Present MOTO-Med’s services, compliance credentials, and performance metrics to prospective clients.

· Respond to RFPs and lead contract negotiations to close service agreements.

· Collaborate with MOTO-Med’s Operations and Dispatch teams to ensure delivery performance meets or exceeds client expectations.

· Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular forecasts and updates for executive management.

· Represent MOTO-Med at healthcare logistics events, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of new accounts secured (monthly/quarterly)

· Monthly and quarterly revenue growth

· Client retention rate

· Proposal win rate (%)

· Contract renewal and upsell volume

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
Commensurate with experience and professional network within the healthcare industry.

Commission Structure:
- 5–8% commission on new business revenue during the first 12 months of each new client
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
