Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based K-5 position supporting an elementary caseload in Yorkshire, NY. This is a W-2 position offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $50–$62/hour, based on experience, along with full benefits, 401(k) matching, licensure reimbursement, and dedicated recruiter support throughout your placement.

This role is based in a single school setting and offers the opportunity to build consistent relationships with students and staff in a supportive elementary school environment.

In this role, you will:

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support students in achieving communication and academic success

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
School-based experience preferred
IEP experience preferred
CCC-SLP and CFs considered
