Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Spokane Valley, WA. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a-4:30p, lunch 12:30p-1p Fri 8a-3:30p
Pay Range/Salary Range: $20 - $22
Contract Duration: 3+ months
Job Description:
· Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
· Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
· Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which include weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
· Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
· Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
· Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
· Travel and flexible hours required to work at multiple locations and required to cover Patient Service
· Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
· Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
· Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
Required Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
Work Experience:
· 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
· 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
