At Helm ABA, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to our clients and families. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our clinic locations, ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality care, and a positive experience for clients and staff alike.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including inventory, maintenance requests, and safety drills
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, PTO, and staff scheduling
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements
- Conduct audits of staff performance, client records, and session notes to maintain compliance
- Track and report on utilization, staff schedules, and service delivery metrics
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3–5 years of operations management experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience with staff scheduling, payroll, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, safety, quality assurance)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and EMR/practice management systems
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to oversee multiple clinic locations if needed
