Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Surgical Stepdown unit setting
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Work every third weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Float to other units within the facility as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kansas or compact licensure eligibility
- Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown clinical setting
- Ability to work night shift
- Flexibility to float to any unit within the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience with surgical or post-operative patient populations
