What you will do:

• Service, troubleshoot, install, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. Including chillers, boilers, pumps, heat pumps, roof top units, cooling towers, refrigeration systems, etc.
• Identify deficiencies and properly document repairs/recommendations to building managers.
• Provide MSA office with information for quoting repairs and ordering equipment.
• Work in a team atmosphere to complete projects and service calls in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with updates on service calls throughout troubleshooting and repair.
• Participate in after-hours and weekends on-call weekly rotation.
• Complete work orders daily on app accessed via cell phone.

How you will do it:

• Receive service calls via email, phone call, or text message from scheduler or management.
• Review app for work order information.
• Complete the work order assigned and inform the office staff of any issues regarding that work order (i.e. additional service calls, equipment information, etc).
