Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, providing courteous and efficient assistance.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Coordinate with team members to support daily operations and special projects.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
• Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required.
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in filing and e-filing systems.
