Position Title: Chapter President

Location: Local to Assigned Chapter, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Reports To: Regional Manager

Type: Independent Partner / Salary + Commission-Based.

Overview

As a Chapter President at CEO Life, you are the local sales leader and face of the chapter—responsible for driving membership growth, creating meaningful relationships with local CEOs and entrepreneurs, and delivering an extraordinary member experience.

This role is crucial to the growth, satisfaction, and long-term sustainability of your chapter. You are not just leading sales—you’re building community, reputation, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Sales & Growth

  • Own all local membership sales efforts using LinkedIn Automation, Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Leverage CEO Life’s proven systems to attract, qualify, and close ideal members—CEOs, founders, executives, and business owners.
  • Consistently grow chapter membership with a relationship-based, value-driven sales approach.

2. Member Management & Community Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all chapter members—fostering trust, responsiveness, and deep connection.
  • Drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention by understanding each member’s goals and facilitating introductions and opportunities.

3. Event Execution

  • Coordinate with CEO Life’s Director of Events to plan and host one extraordinary, curated event per month.
  • Ensure each event reflects the prestige, exclusivity, and networking value that CEO Life promises.

4. Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, train, and support a team of 4 Chapter Directors who assist in sales, member service, and chapter operations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and oversight to ensure team performance aligns with CEO Life standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably selling to executives, business owners, or entrepreneurs.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn tools and outreach automation.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills; experience managing small teams.
  • Charismatic communicator with a passion for connecting people and building community.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a successful local business.
