About the Role
Hiring 10 Customer Service Representatives (CSR II) to support our healthcare member services team. This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You’ll assist members and providers with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and prescription services.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in healthcare or health insurance who enjoy delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound calls from members, patients, and providers.

Verify insurance coverage, including Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payers.

Accurately process patient orders, claims, and account information.

Provide information on healthcare products, equipment, and services.

Coordinate service delivery, documentation, and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and patient privacy standards.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ year of experience in customer service or call center (healthcare/insurance preferred).

Strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high call volumes.
