About the Role

Hiring 10 Customer Service Representatives (CSR II) to support our healthcare member services team. This is a fully onsite position in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You’ll assist members and providers with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and prescription services.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in healthcare or health insurance who enjoy delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls from members, patients, and providers.

  • Verify insurance coverage, including Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payers.

  • Accurately process patient orders, claims, and account information.

  • Provide information on healthcare products, equipment, and services.

  • Coordinate service delivery, documentation, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and patient privacy standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center (healthcare/insurance preferred).

  • Strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high call volumes.
